How do you ensure the freshness of my snacks during shipping?

We take pride in our quality control. All orders are packed in durable, corrugated boxes with protective cushioning to prevent breakage and maintain the airtight seal of every bag from our factory to your door.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I find out if a product contains allergens like gluten or nuts?

Each product page features a full list of ingredients and nutritional information. You can also use our website filters to browse specifically for Certified Gluten-Free or Kosher products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please call our support line immediately for urgent requests.
